The Fund for Leadership in Ministry
We must recruit and educate inspired and inspiring leaders to advance the Church’s mission in the 21st century and beyond.

If the Church is to succeed in its mission, it must identify and nurture future leaders who have both commitment and vision. This Fund will provide substantial resources for seminarians, ordained clergy and lay people who wish to pursue their ministries and to exercise creative leadership in new and visionary ways, and in those places where such leadership is most needed.

Each applicant for grant assistance will present a program of service that meets the qualifying criteria established by the Fund’s advisory board, as well as documented financial need. Grant awards will be competitive, with a focus on individual and community diversity.
