Mission Funding
The Fund for Global Ministry
We must strengthen and expand ministries of compassion throughout the world to meet the unique needs and problems of the global community.

The roots of today’s political and cultural conflicts are, increasingly, religious in nature. And although both local and international religious organizations are theoretically well-placed to act as effective agents for reconciliation, the lack of understanding and trust between individual leaders often precludes their ability to work together to resolve ongoing conflicts.
The objective of this Fund is to establish The Center for Interfaith Reconciliation, which will be dedicated to building bridges of trust and understanding among religious leaders of all faiths. Based at the National Cathedral in Washington, DC, the Center will call upon civil and religious leaders to reconsider the relationship between religion and government in modern societies, and to re-evaluate religion’s place and role in the contemporary political landscape.
